Description

The Walter Urbigkit Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and current college students from Wyoming. You must be studying aviation to be eligible for this award. Selection will be based on financial need, academic achievement and participation in extracurricular and community activities. Preference is given to students from Fremont and Hot Springs counties.
