Description
The Vartan K. and Beatrice Omartian Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from East Hartford. To be eligible for this renewable award, you must be entering a four- year college or university, rank in the top third of your class, demonstrate financial need, and be active in school, community or other extracurricular activities.
