Description
The Curtis E. Torrey Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Cumberland County who plan to enroll full- time at Fayetteville State University, North Carolina A&T University, or South Carolina State University. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need and strong character and beliefs to be eligible for this award.
