Description

The William D. and Ruth D. Roy Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who are graduates of Oregon high schools. You must be enrolled at least half time and have a minimum GPA of 2.75 to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to engineering majors at Portland State University or Oregon State University.
