The Dr. R. T. Sinclair, Jr., M.D. Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate nursing majors at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. You must have graduated from a high school in or be a permanent resident of Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Duplin, New Hanover or Pender County to be eligible for this award.
