JAHMA Foundation Scholarship
New Jersey Affordable Housing Management Association (JAHMA)
The New Jersey Affordable Housing Management Association (JAHMA) Foundation Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and GED recipients, currently- enrolled college students and senior citizens pursuing additional educational opportunities. You must be a resident of a JAHMA member "affiliated property." You and/ or your family must be in good standing with the rules and regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency and the specific JAHMA member "affiliated property" lease requirements where you reside. Selection will be based on academic performance, character and/ or potential in your chosen field. High school seniors must have a minimum 2.5 GPA while matriculated college students must have a minimum 2.3 GPA to be eligible. An essay and two letters of reference will also be required.
