The Mildred A. Becker Ethics Scholarship is open to full - time students enrolled in the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University. You must be a U.S. citizen, demonstrate financial need and high academic standards, and have completed the three - credit Business Law course or an equivalent and also be in community service .
