Description
The Clarence and Helen Carter Endowed Scholarship is available to entering first-year students majoring in nursing at the University of Southern Mississippi. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need and have graduated from Long Beach High School. To retain this award, you must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA and carry 15 hours per semester.
