Description
The Karla Chambers Leadership Agricultural Honors Scholarship is available to entering freshman and community college transfer students at Oregon State University. You must be majoring in agriculture, demonstrate a record of leadership, and be a 4-H member to be eligible for this award. Freshman students must rank in the top 10 percent of their class, and transfer students must have a minimum 3.5 GPA.
