Description
The V. Kent Searles and Nancy J. Billingsley Searles Scholarship is available to entering freshman agriculture majors at Oregon State University. You must be in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to residents of the following Oregon counties: Baker, Crook, Deschutes, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Hood River, Jefferson, Klamath, Lake, Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Wasco and Wheeler.
