The Cindi Stoller Polek Scholarship in Physical Therapy is available to full- time graduate students majoring in physical therapy at the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. You must have experience in a physical therapy department with patient interaction, demonstrate community service, and view physical therapy as a "calling", not a job, to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on attitude/ character, financial need and scholastic ability.
