Description

The Vivian J. Hedden Bassett Scholarship is available to students at Northwestern Michigan State College. You must be a resident of NMC's service area and have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award. Financial need will also be taken into account. Preference will be given to members of the United Methodist Church or Traverse City.
