The Dr. William E. Webb Memorial Scholarship Fund is available to full- time sophomores at Southside Virginia Community College. You must be a Virginia resident, have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be enrolled in the University Parallel Curriculum to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to residents of Halifax County.
