Description
The Prince Hall Scholarship is available to entering freshman students at East Stroudsburg University. You must be a graduate of Prince Hall School in Philadelphia, have a minimum 2.3 QPA and 850 SAT score, and demonstrate strong civic responsibility through notable community service to be eligible for this renewable award. This award covers tuition, fees, room board and book expenses less any other financial aid your receive.
