The Arthur L. Davis Publishing Agency, Inc. Scholarship is available to New Jersey residents currently enrolled in or applying to a diploma, associate, baccalaureate or higher program located in New Jersey. Registered nurses must be members of the New Jersey State Nurses Association to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on financial need, grade point average and leadership potential.
