Description
The Louis B. Payne Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are residents of Oldham, Shelby, and Henry Counties. You must have a 3.0 GPA to qualify for this award. You must be enrolling as a full - time student in an accredited institution of higher learning, with preference given to students pursuing agricultural studies. Selection will also be based on financial need, academic achievement, and leadership qualities.
