Description
The Ann E. and William B. Wallace Award is open to junior and senior students at Frostburg State University. You must be majoring in social work, sociology or education with a concentration in sociology, have been a resident of the tri-state area within a 75-mile radius of Cumberland for at least three years, and have a minimum 2.8 GPA to be eligible for this renewable award.
