Description
The Carbon County Recognition Scholarship is available to full-time students at Montana State University, Billings. You must be a resident of Carbon County, Montana, and demonstrate financial need to qualify for this award. Traditional students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and submit a letter of recommendation from a high school counselor or teacher; non-traditional students must have a high school diploma or GED, maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA while receiving this award, and submit a letter of recommendation from a community member.
