The L. Phil and Alice J. Wicker Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students with a minimum general class amateur radio license. You must be majoring in electronics, communications, or a related field. You must also be a resident of and attend school in: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, or West Virginia.
