Lexington College is a women's college with a Catholic inspiration located in Chicago, Illinois. The curriculum is focused entirely on hospitality management studies. As of 2006[update], the college had 56 students and a student-to-faculty ratio of 7:1.

All students graduating from Lexington receive either the Bachelor of Applied Science or the Associate of Applied Science. Students can major in Hospitality Management with a concentration in culinary arts, hotel/restaurant management, event planning, or health care and wellness. Students must complete one (A.A.S.) or two (B.A.S.) internships while attending Lexington in order to receive their degrees. The programs as well as the college are accredited by The Higher Learning Commission.

The college is affiliated with Opus Dei, saying it "is inspired by the social teachings of the Catholic Church and entrusts its doctrinal and spiritual formation" to the personal prelature.

Lexington is classified as a Minority Serving Institution, since its 39% Hispanic population within the student body is far outside the national average. The school is also 44% black, but is not considered a historically black college.
