Description
The Umatilla County Cattlemen's Association Scholarship Fund is available to graduates of Umatilla and Morrow County high schools. You must be at least a sophomore, be majoring in agricultural science or home economics and be attending one of the following schools to be eligible for this award: Blue Mountain Community College, Eastern Oregon University, Oregon State University, Washington State University or University of Idaho.
