Description
The Colonel Sam A. and Kathleen A. Roberts Scholarship is open to full-time students at the University of Montana, Missoula. You must be enrolled in the ROTC Program, be a graduate of Loyola-Sacred Heart High School and have a desire for a military career to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on demonstrated honor, leadership, patriotism, scholarship and service.
