$1,500 She Leads Scholarship

Description

The She Leads Scholarship is open to students who are high school seniors or current undergraduate students. You must identify as women of color or have a background in Hispanic/Latino, African American, Asian, Middle Eastern, or Native American communities in order to be considered for this award. You must also submit an essay of at least 250-500 words that discusses the significant challenges faced by women of color pursuing higher education and outline your plans to address and overcome these challenges (this will show any leadership qualities/merit). The scholarship is open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, international students and undocumented students.
