OHIO Patton Empower Veteran Education Program

Description

The OHIO Patton Empower Veteran Education Program is open to transitioning active-duty military service members, currently serving reserve and guard component service members, and military veterans or spouses. You must demonstrate an interest in becoming a middle level or secondary teacher in the state of Ohio, have completed an undergraduate degree, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in order to be considered for this award. A personal statement (up to 500 words) describing your experience as a member of an eligible group for the OHIO Patton VetEd group, why you want to be a teacher in the subject area you've chosen, and financial need must also be submitted.
