Description
The English as a Second Language (ESL) Scholarship is open to full-time immigrants, permanent residents and foreign students who are currently enrolled in credit ESL classes at City College of San Francisco and have successfully completed one or more credit ESL courses at level 12 or above at CCSF. Financial need as well as career and transfer goals are taken into consideration.
