Description
The Jane Prescott Rowlson Award is open to art majors at the State University of New York, College at Plattsburgh. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to qualify for this award. Preference is given to a graduate of Ausable Valley Central School, Plattsburgh or other Clinton County high schools, but all graduates of a New York State high school are eligible.
