West Virginia Northern Community College

West Virginia Northern Community College (WVNCC, or simply "Northern") is a public, multi-campus community college with the main campus located in downtown Wheeling, West Virginia, United States. The main campus is housed in the former Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Terminal at Wheeling.

Established in 1972, WVNCC delivers a comprehensive, two-year degree program for all six counties in West Virginia's Northern Panhandle. In addition to the main campus, WVNCC has branches in Weirton, West Virginia.
