Description
The Kasirer Consulting Internship is available to students for the spring, summer, and fall semesters. Interns will be assigned to a principal lobbyist and may be responsible for: tracking budget requests and helping to coordinate client appearances at budget hearings at the City Council; outreach to elected officials' offices to follow up on invitations; attending and monitoring City Council hearings and public policy issues;Research; drafting correspondence; filing official registrations and reports with the NYS Lobbying Commission; database management; and attending community board meetings.
