The Kroger Retail Management Intern is available to junior and senior-level undergraduate students. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, possess excellent communication skills, be able to navigate change with a positive demeanor, and be committed to providing superior customer service to be considered for this internship. Preference given to applicants who are involved in leadership and community activities. As an intern, you will complete an 8-10 week program designed to provide an overview of store operations, marketing, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain management, financial analysis and human resources. The internship also offers job shadowing with store management, a designated retail project and the experience of working as part of an effective team. This internship is offered in various locations in the U.S.
