Reservations Internship

Description

The Reservations Internship is available to currently attending a Bachelor or Masters degree, preferably in Hotel Management. You must have the ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods, communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information and to resolve problems, and demonstrate complete working knowledge of the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam Service Delivery Standards to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will have acceptance and entry of room reservations by telephone, email and fax.
