The Gannett Social Media Manger Internship is available to degree-seeking students currently enrolled at a college or university. You must be majoring in journalism, communications or a related field, Strong ability to write clean, engaging news stories, and experience designing graphics and/or illustrations for news stories or themes in the news to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will work with breaking news, features, enterprise and social media teams to learn and sharpen basic and advanced journalism skills, handling reporting, writing, editing, copy editing, digital production, research, database work, investigative work and visual journalism. This internship is offered remotely.
