Recruiting Coordinator Internship

Description

The Recruiting Coordinator Internship is available to junior or senior students pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. You must be bilingual English & Spanish (required), have basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skill set, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong flexibility and adaptability skills to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will assist in partnering with hiring managers to prepare job position to gain a solid understanding of not only the skills and educational requirements, but also to determine the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate for the specific team.
