Description

The 4A's MAIP Fellowship is available to minority, multiracial, and multi - ethnic college junior, senior, and graduate students attending accredited, degree - granting colleges / universities, and students attending participating 4A's portfolio schools. You must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, have minimum GPA of 3.0, and demonstrate passion to kick start a career in advertising. In this 22 - week program, fellows will work at prestigious advertising agencies on various accounts, interact with advertising professionals on a day - to - day basis, and gain valuable professional credentials to get your first job in the industry.
