Description
The Manufacturing Engineer Internship is open to students currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree specifically in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or similar fields. Intern duties include supporting ongoing manufacturing activities from a process and quality perspective and learning to put your engineering problem solving skills into practice by helping to identify issues that impact efficiency, cycle time, safety or quality and then develop creative solutions and actually see them implemented. Other duties may include working directly in the production environment, identifying automated IT solutions, automation, time studies, physical factory layouts, optimal workbench layout, or improving the assembly process.
