Description
The Operations Management Internship is available to undergraduate students. Interns will develop the supervisory skills needed for operations management and learn about the plant's production areas: mixing, baking, and packaging. You will also gain experience working with various operations departments including Quality Assurance and Control, Safety, Sanitation, Production Scheduling, Maintenance, Shipping and Receiving, Purchasing and Distribution / Transportation.
