Description

The Citi Quantitative Analyst-Summer is available to junior and senior-level undergraduate students. You must be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum GPA of 3.3, possess excellent communication and writing skills, have excellent mathematical and/or programming skills, and be an analytical thinker to be considered for this internship. As an intern, you will work directly with a research analyst to develop an understanding of a specific segment of the market and contribute to the research produced by the department including modeling financial products such as mortgage-backed Securities, researching new financial products, designing and back-testing algorithmic trading strategies, and developing relative value trade ideas. You will shadow multiple trading desks throughout the summer and learn from observing professionals who are making markets in derivative instruments for the institutional client base and creating and monitoring risk management systems. This internship is located in Los Angeles, CA, and New York City, NY. Average monthly compensation for a Citi Group Intern is $6,600.
