RES Ecology Internship

Description

The RES Ecology Internship is available to undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates of a Forestry, Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology, Natural Resource Management, or Agriculture Business, degree program. You must have strong computer and plant identification skills, possess excellent technical writing and communication skills, be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and be able to travel occasionally to be considered for this internship. As an intern, you will support scheduling and clerical documentation for operations activities, provide field support for wetland projects doing light field work, perform submission of payable receipts for operations expenses, lend assistance for planting and invasive management activities on wetland projects, complete data entry and technical support compiling reports, and perform other restoration site maintenance and management tasks. This internship is located in Lafayette, LA, and Baton Rouge, LA.
