Description
The JEVS-Recruiting and Training Internship-Fall/Spring is available to students who have in interest in learning about human resources. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, possess excellent interpersonal skills and phone presence to be considered for this internship. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in an office environment. As an intern, you will support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts. You will help source candidates, assist with interviews, track candidates through ATS, help with email communications, set up/coordinate traiings and workshops, create advertisements, and review training videos/materials for possible improvement suggestions. This internship is located in Philadelphia, PA.
