E & J Gallo Winery Engineering Internship

Description

The E & J Gallo Winery Engineering Internship is available to junior and senior-level undergraduate students who are working towards a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. You must be familiar with statistical software and have basic knowledge of statistical analysis methods and lean manufacturing to be considered for this internship. As an intern, you will provide support in one or more of the following areas: project management, controls, asset start-ups, process design, mass balances, equipment sizing and selection, purchasing, construction management, commissioning, start-up, equipment and system qualification, continuous improvement, medium and low voltage power, and stabilization process and package qualifications. You will also develop equipment set ups, documentation, equipment/material interface, and continuous improvement through learning and implementing the Lean Six Sigma process. This internship is located in Modesto, CA, and runs from July - December.
