Description

The Fundraising Internship is open to junior and senior undergraduate students. You must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, be self-motivated, demonstrate an interest in international development and education, have strong customer service skills, knowledge of online marketing basics and best practices including branding, content marketing and relationship building, experience with digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords) to improve the effectiveness of digital campaigns is preferred but not required, excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize work on multiple projects with attention to detail in order to be considered for this award. Intern duties may include creating at least one fundraising event, creating and executing short- and long-term fundraising strategies, assisting with organizing special campaigns and other duties as necessary. The start and end date will be determined once you have been accepted, but the dates are negotiable. Typically all internships are around 8-12 months and require at least 10 hours of work per week.
