Description
The African Community Center Economic Empowerment Internship is available to students who have an interest in working in a non-profit setting with refugees. You must possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to be considered for this internship. Preference will be given to applicants who are bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Somali, Kiswahili, Tigrinya, Dari, Pashto, Nepali, Burmese and dialects spoken in Burma (Karen, Kachin, Rohingya and others). As an intern, you will help improve refugee lives by facilitating employment skill development. This internship is located in Denver, CO.
