Parsons Environmental Engineering Internship-PAID

Description

The Parsons Environmental Engineering Internship is available to sophomore-level and above engineering majors. To be considered for this internship, you should have working knowledge of software packages typically associated with the discipline, possess strong communication skills, and have demonstrated success in working in a team environment. Preference will be given to applicants who are able to obtain or have completed OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training and to those who have environmental sampling experience of various media using multiple sampling techniques and field equipment. As an intern, you will perform soil, surface water, groundwater, and sediment sampling efforts. You will also assist in preliminary assessments for the U.S. Air Force and participate on multiple teams simultaneously working on varied projects pertaining to PFAS investigation and remediation, military munitions response, and/or other hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste contamination. This internship is located in Denver, CO.
