The Colorado Springs Utilities Environmental Laboratory Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or a related discipline. To be considered for this internship, you should be should be a critical thinker who can extract information from data while maintaining strong attention to quality, detail, and accuracy. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in a laboratory setting. As an intern, you will provide a supporting role in generating accurate and quality data, support environmental scientists with sample preparation for a variety of analyses, and work within regulatory requirements for the Clean Water and Safe Drinking Water Acts. Your specific duties will include weighing, measuring, pipetting, and other basic laboratory duties. This internship is offered in Colorado Springs, CO.
