Chipotle Culinary Product Development and Commercialization Internship-PAID

The Chipotle Culinary Product Development and Commercialization Internship is available to students who are pursuing a degree in food science, culinary service, or hospitality. To be considered for this internship, you should be comfortable using a PC along with Microsoft Office suite and be able to effectively manage priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. As an intern, you will support commercialization by shadowing and coordinating evaluations and product performance studies including receiving samples, sorting/organizing samples, and coordinating full scope of the evaluations (prepping, cooking, evaluating and showcasing). You will also assist in managing the PD&C lab and conducting tests for all new menu and core menu items and will support the test kitchen in day to day activities, organization, and upkeep. This internship is offered in Irvine, CA.
