The Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant Management Internship is available to restaurant management, hospitality, and culinary students. To be considered for this internship, you should have at least one year of hospitality, retail or other customer service experience. As an intern, you will attend weekly virtual meetings where Lettuce industry experts cover topics such as restaurant financials, menu creation, marketing, and present a final group presentation at a live expo. You will also perform essential functions and key responsibilities listed in hourly job description (e.g., host, server, runner, busser, cook, etc.) for the assigned role at a designated restaurant location. This 10-week internship is offered in Illinois, Washington D.C., Minnesota, Nevada, Texas, California, and Florida.
