The E & J Gallo / CIA Culinary Internship is available to culinary students at the Culinary Institute of America. To be considered for this 15-week internship, you should be skilled in food preparation, have experience computing mathematical formulas, and have knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to hone your culinary skills working alongside the culinary and consumer experience management teams, all set in beautiful wine country. This internship is offered in Heraldsburg and St. Helena, CA, from July - November.
