The Hachette Book Group Internship is available to undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates. Internships are offered in editorial, marketing, communications, publicity, finance, rights, contracts, audio, production, and sales. To be considered for an internship, you should have a demonstrated commitment to reading and writing through various activities such as bookstore, blogging, or literary journal involvement. Over the course of 10 weeks, interns will gain a comprehensive overview of the publishing industry through hands-on work experience, networking, mentoring relationships, and individualized professional development. This robust program provides interns with the necessary experience and knowledge to assist them in landing full-time positions in the industry upon graduation. Positions are available in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Boulder, Berkeley, and Nashville.
