Tillamook Safety Internship

Description

The Tillamook Safety Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students, with preference given to students enrolled in a safety program. To be considered for this internship, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office, be an effective communicator, and be able to facilitate brainstorming and problem solving sessions. Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical, presentation, project management, and relationship-building skills. As an intern, you will focus on the lock out program and will be responsible to complete identification of equipment/machines, identify those without zero energy procedures, and work with maintenance and engineering to close the gap. You will also develop placard replacement library and implement color code system to visually manage annual equipment procedure reviews. Tillamook is a farmer-owned cooperative that produces quality dairy products, including ice cream, cheese, yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream, and butter. This internship is offered in Tillamook, OR.
