The ThredUp People Team Internship is available to students who are strong communicators, organized, process driven, and enjoy solving problems. To be considered for this internship, you should have proficiency in Google Sheets and or Excel and be able to handle confidential information. As an intern, you will gain exposure to improving the candidate and employee experience, conduct data audits in the systems to ensure data integrity and aid in the development of recruiting processes and resources to increase efficiency. You'll also support major year-end initiatives related to benefits and compensation, including assisting with project plans, testing plans, and communication materials. This internship is offered in Scottsdale, AZ.
