The Denver Broncos Training Camp Kitchen Internship is available to students who are studying nutrition, health science, or dietetics-related field. To be considered for this opportunity, you should be able to work a flexible schedule. Preference will be given to applicants who desire to work in an intercollegiate or professional athletics/sports-related field. As an intern, you will assist the Sous Chef, Lead Chef, and other kitchen staff in all food preparation, storage, and receiving by following HACCP procedures, keeping kitchen and equipment in sanitary and working condition, keeping buffet table rotated with highest quality food. This internship is offered in Englewood, CO, during the training season and pre-season.
